One mat. Four corners.

The man in Mark 2 didn't reach Jesus because one person tried harder. Four people picked up four corners of one mat and carried him together.

Most churches don't have an effort problem. They have a coordination problem: the front door can't see what the kids wing sees, the platform can't feel what the lobby feels, and every team is carrying its own corner of a different mat.

This session is about what changes when every team carries the same one: one plan finalized before Sunday, one huddle every week, one clear picture of what a win looks like.

What you leave with
01The four corners audit
02One plan, one owner
03The ten minute huddle
04Naming the win out loud

Guide arrives by email within the hour.

Sunday by Design

Sunday is the front door to your church. Too important to improvise. The book takes what we worked through today and turns it into the seven habits that separate churches that grow from churches that stall.
