Growth systems supercharged.

The year you stop carrying it by yourself.

You already know your church. What you don't have is a coach in it with you, and Sunday keeps coming whether the work gets done or not. We come to you, install the systems alongside you, and stay on it so your next twelve months move at the speed you've been trying to hit alone.

“We're up 28% on attendance. We're up 31% on giving. In just 12 weeks.
Kaloma Smith UAMEZ · Palo Alto, CA

One church, one coach, one plan built for you.

01 We come to you

It starts with a Sunday in your building.

The Weekend Experience Audit is the first thing that happens. Arrival to dismissal, in live conditions. Not how your weekend is supposed to run. How it really runs. We audit the findings, and build a custom coaching plan based on the results.

Does this Sunday belong to a plan, or did it just show up?

Then it becomes your plan.

You get a full written report with prioritized findings and a 30, 60, and 90-day plan, and that report is what the twelve months get built from.

The weekend audit

We are in your building from arrival to dismissal, in live conditions. Parking, welcome, the first ninety seconds, the announcement block, the next-step path, the serve teams, the handoffs nobody wrote down.

Everything we see gets sorted into one of the four systems, so the notes come back as a structure rather than a list of impressions.

The written report

Prioritized findings, in the order they are costing you something, each one tied to the system it belongs to and what it would take to fix.

Then a 30, 60, and 90-day plan. Which system the report puts first decides which quarter starts first, so the year is built off what we watched in your building rather than off a template.

The 12-month coaching plan

One system installed per quarter, four across the year. Each quarter opens against the report and closes against your numbers.

Underneath that is the weekly rhythm: your numbers in on Monday, a voice note back from your coach on Tuesday, the install plan updated Thursday, your team in the room once a month, and the Collective call on the first Friday.

At month twelve you are not remembering what changed. You are reading it, with dates and evidence attached.

02 We coach you week to week

Then we work the plan with you, one week at a time.

This is what a normal week looks like, and your coach is with you through all of it. Most pastors go a whole year without anybody looking this closely at their church. We walk through your numbers with you, send back a voice note instead of a dashboard, keep the plan current without you chasing it, and once a month sit in the room with your team saying the thing you have been saying alone. Between those, the library is there for whatever you want to go deeper on, and the pastors in the Collective are the ones who will remind you that you're not crazy.

03 You come to us · Atlanta, Fall 2026

The Install Summit.

Once a year, Premium churches gather in Atlanta with Sheldon and the coaching team. You and your highest capacity leaders. It is a closed room, and your church goes on the table in front of pastors who already know your numbers. You leave with a strategic growth plan for whatever your next stage is, whether that is another service, a second location, or the staffing the next stage needs. Included with Premium.

Frequently asked questions

What the engagement includes and what it requires from your church.

How long is the engagement?

Sunday Collective Premium is a twelve-month engagement. One of the four systems is installed each quarter, which is why the engagement runs a full year rather than month to month. The agreement does not renew automatically; a second year is discussed before it begins.

What is the Weekend Experience Audit?

We spend a Sunday in your building, arrival to dismissal, in live conditions, and evaluate the weekend against the four systems. You receive a written report with prioritized findings and a 30, 60, and 90-day plan. Every observation is sorted into one of the systems, which determines the order your quarters run in.

Inside the twelve-month term it is included, travel and all, and it is the first thing that happens in the engagement.

What happens if we cancel before twelve months?

You reimburse the audit: its cost, plus actual travel. No other early termination fee applies, and nothing else carries over.

What do you need from us?

Three commitments make the coaching effective: one decision-maker authorized to approve changes without a second round of committee review; weekly submission of attendance, giving, and first-time guest numbers; and staff participation in the monthly implementation call.

The systems are installed with your team rather than around it, so their involvement from the first week determines how much remains in place after the term ends.

Who do we work with week to week?

One coach, for the full twelve months, so you are not re-explaining your church to someone new each quarter. Your coach reviews your numbers weekly, responds by voice note, keeps your Install Plan current, and joins your team for the monthly implementation call.

How is this different from the $299 Collective?

The Collective gives you the full system library, the monthly Collective call, and a room of pastors working the same quarter you are. It is a good place to start and many churches stay there.

Premium adds everything that requires us to see your building: the audit, the written plan, a coach inside your week to week with you, and a seat for you and your highest capacity leaders at the Install Summit, the annual gathering in Atlanta. If nobody has watched your weekend, nobody is installing anything for you.

Our weekend runs over 700. Is this for us?

Maybe. The program is built for weekends running 75 to 700, and above that the constraint is more often a staff seat than a system. We still read every application, and if a fractional executive is the better use of your money we will say so on the call. Book a clarity call

Why do we have to apply, and what happens after?

We decline churches the program will not serve well, and it is better for everyone when that happens before money changes hands.

Applications are reviewed by a member of our team, typically within a few business days. If your church looks like a fit, we schedule a call. You receive a decision either way, with the reasoning behind it. If you are accepted, we set the date of your audit and the twelve-month term begins from that date.

Got it.

Every application gets read by a person, so give us a few days. If it's a fit, you'll hear from us with next steps. If it isn't, you'll hear that too, with a reason and somewhere better to go.

You put {{ attendance }} on a weekend, and Sunday Collective Premium is built for weekends running 75 to 700. Above that, the fix is more often the seat that owns Sunday than another system.

That is fractional executive support, and it may be the better use of your money. Worth one call before you decide.
